Route Work
Enterprise Workflow routes documents that you assign from person to person for review, approval or other action. Any kind of information can be placed in the process, including PC files, e-forms, System i reports, images and media files. You also establish security rights, priority levels and other distinct attributes that control access to documents within the workflow.

Because Enterprise Workflow routes documents electronically, manageing workd is a snap. No more paper. No more filing cabinets. No more manual distribution. The workdlow interface is browser-based, meaning you can access your work for the office, at home or the road. Once you perform your required tasks, the document ins forwarded to the next user in the process until all work is complete.
