Kane County Manages Critical Documents with WebDocs
The Kane County Clerk's Office in Illinois provides important public services to residents of Geneva, Ill. and surrounding communities, including the recording of such vital records as marriage licenses and birth and death certificates. Out with the old
Kane County's operating system needed an upgrade, but the process would require a simultaneous software upgrade for compatibility reasons. Because of the complex logistics and cost of a concurrent upgrade, the county IT department had to find a viable alternative that would allow these changes to be performed independently.
In with the new
The potential options found for performing the upgrades would require large advance purchases and were not guaranteed to work. RJS Software System stepped in with a solution: WebDocs.
